Abstract Submission
At the moment, we are asking for abstract submissions. Please note that due to the large number of minisymposia, only a limited amount of slots for contributed talks are available. However, we offer the opportunity to contribute a poster.

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:
- Oral or poster presentation
- Coffee-breaks
- Lunches
- Welcome reception
- Attendance / presentation certificate
Reduced Fees
If you are currently financed by an institution in a developing country in the sense of SIAM’s outreach program, you are eligible for a 25% discount. To receive a voucher, send an email containing your name, institution and a link to your website to enumath2025@uni-heidelberg.de with the subject “Outreach Discount”. You will be asked to input the voucher code in the registration process.
Conference Dinner
There will be a conference dinner on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Kulturbrauerei Heidelberg, which is not included in the registration fee.
Places at the conference dinner can be booked seperately upon registration. The number of places is limited and they will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. More information will follow.
