Registration Fees

NOTE: If you apply for any form of financial support (young researcher, developing country, see below), please register for the conference after the decision on your financial support have been communicated. This is because successful applicants will receive a voucher for the waived participation fee, which can not be applied to finalized bookings.
The registration fee includes:
- Oral or poster presentation
- Coffee-breaks
- Lunches
- Welcome reception
- Attendance / presentation certificate
Reduced Fees
If you are currently financed by an institution in a developing country in the sense of SIAM’s outreach program, you are eligible for a 25% discount. To receive a voucher, send an email containing your name, institution and a link to your website to enumath2025@uni-heidelberg.de with the subject “Outreach Discount”. You will be asked to input the voucher code during the registration process.
IMPORTANT: If you do apply for financial support, please register for the conference after the decisions on financial support have been communicated, because successful applicants will receive a voucher for the waived participation fee, which can not be applied to finalized bookings.
Conference Dinner
There will be a conference dinner on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Kulturbrauerei Heidelberg, which is not included in the registration fee.
Places at the conference dinner can be booked seperately upon registration. The number of places is limited and they will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. More information will follow.
